Return policy

RETURNS
The consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of conclusion of the contract. However, this period begins from the date on which the consumer receives the product.

WARNING
Returns will not be accepted for discounted or flash sale products.

Terms:
- The item must be in its original condition, with its label and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.
- The item will be exchanged and in case of stock shortage, a gift voucher will be given for the value of the exchanged item.
